This company is not the official website for Chicago. They charged me more than the official site Telecharge and when I need to make a change I called Telecharge and they told me they would have done it through them they would have allowed me to make the change, but because I bought them from Today Tix I had to go through Today Tix.
This company does not have a phone number and on the APP if you want to make a change, they will allow you to try to sell them but it says on there they can sell them for whatever price they wish or they offer to give you 80 percent back. This is a scam.

Resolved: Bug on the website, fake insurance
- - From France, 4 tickets were bought instead of 2.
- - Refund offered as a voucher for another show.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
My mother and I are from France and wanted to get tickets to hamilton, but we accidentally got 4 tickets instead of 2. When we checked to get a refund because we got an insurance, you only suggested a voucher to see another show, but we're not coming back to NYC anytime soon...
You are scammers and my mother is devastated right now.
Plus your app NEVER works and always has a technical problem, offering zero support or help. Please fix the bugs on your app at the very least, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Hello. I just used your service for the first time.
I thought I was buying two tickets for Saturday night. When I got the confirmation—perhaps 5 minutes later—I saw that the tickets were for tonight. We cannot use those tickets tonight. I tried to exchange them but could not, so I bought two more tickets for Saturday.
I would like a refund for Thursday. If I cannot get this from you, I will dispute this charge with my credit card, but I would prefer to just settle this with you.

How to get my tickets when I have Mac's Monteray 12.76 op system and Tickets.com is set only for 13+ (pretty dumb, too).

User's recommendation: Piasedodd consumers is terrific. I hit a brick wall at Todaytix.com which never responded to my complaint about how to download theater tickets when it was not possible for me to use their app. As they required, since their app required a computer operating system morw asavancwd than my computer. No response after I paid $270 (no refundable) for tix I couldn’t access. Pissed off xo tatted them and within 24 hours I got an email from a guy using my name, asking how to help, etc. I was so relieved. Since the company had been nonresponsive, was like going to end up having paid for nonrefundable tickets that I couldn’t access, and had only an email receipt that I paid for something. The box offices are not usually so responsive to hay so I had the added worry of whether when we got to the theater there would be any way to get in, or would the box office refuse us entry. Can’t use app
- - I am a Today Tix customer who has won lotteries and bought offers.
- - My iPhone 7 can't access the app; I have Amazon Fire tablet and ASUS PC.
Ive long been a customer, especially of the Today Tix predecessor. Ive won many of the ticket lotteries, and bought non lottery offers as well.
Unfortunately, my iphone 7 will not allow me access to the app.
I have other tablets (Amazon Fire)
as well as an ASUS pc. Do you have any suggestions as to how I can still avail myself of your service?

I cancelled a show within five minutes of booking it on the app because I booked the wrong date. The woman said I can do that and canceled the tickets, and then we booked it for another day, but I never received the credit from the first tickets on my credit card, and there is no one to get in touch with now.

I called both the (855) 315-**** and (855) 464-**** numbers which are the only number listed for Today Tix. Both numbers will disconnect the caller, and I was never able to reach a live customer service person.
I think Today Tix only wants to take your money and give you zero customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

First complaint about TT!
- - Obstructed view in orchestra seats during Purpose; no warning.
- - Poor customer service after contacting support; trust shaken in TT.
On June 16, 2025, took dear friend to see Purpose. While we were in Orchestra seats, our view was terribly obstructed much of the time!!
Very frustrating and we were not warned. I am a very frequent theater-goer and TT is my second choice for relatively affordable prices, but this has shaken my faith!
Also, I have reached out but no meaningful customer service so far. Disappointing.
